ABOUT THESE TERMS
These General Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Encore62 website and the purchase, rental or supply of products and services made available through it.
Encore62 is operated by CORE Exhibitions Ltd (“CORE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the website, registering for an account, submitting an application, requesting a quotation, placing an order or otherwise purchasing or hiring products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these General Terms & Conditions together with any additional terms applicable to the relevant transaction.
Where an order relates to the rental of equipment, the Rental Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these General Terms & Conditions and the Rental Terms & Conditions, the Rental Terms & Conditions shall take precedence in relation to the rental.
Where an order relates to wholesale purchasing, any applicable Wholesale Terms & Conditions shall apply in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, the Wholesale Terms & Conditions shall take precedence in relation to the wholesale transaction.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Encore62 is primarily intended for businesses, trade customers and organisations purchasing or hiring products for commercial purposes.
Where you place an order on behalf of a company, partnership, organisation or other business, you confirm that you have authority to enter into the transaction on its behalf.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products and services supplied through business or trade accounts are supplied for business purposes.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & APPROVAL
Certain areas of the website, products, prices and purchasing facilities may only be available to registered and approved customers.
Customers may apply for a Rental Account, Wholesale Account or, where available, both account types.
Registration does not automatically guarantee approval.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or review an account application where reasonably necessary, including where information supplied during registration is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot reasonably be verified.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout their relationship with CORE Exhibitions Ltd remains accurate and current.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including account codes, email addresses and passwords.
Account credentials must not be disclosed to unauthorised persons.
Where more than one person within an organisation is authorised to use an account, the account holder remains responsible for activity undertaken through that account by its authorised personnel.
Customers must notify CORE Exhibitions Ltd promptly if they become aware of or reasonably suspect unauthorised access to their account.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, CORE Exhibitions Ltd or the security of the website.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
CORE Exhibitions Ltd takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes and minor differences may occur between images and the products supplied.
Colours may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen calibration and display settings.
Dimensions, weights and specifications may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to product specifications, materials, construction or appearance where these do not materially affect the intended function of the product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application before placing an order.
Where suitability is critical, customers should contact CORE Exhibitions Ltd for advice before ordering.
PRICING
Prices displayed on the website may vary according to customer type, account status, quantity, rental duration, agreed commercial terms or other applicable pricing arrangements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate where required.
Delivery, collection, warehouse preparation, artwork, installation and other additional services are not included unless expressly stated.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to change advertised prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us unless the change results from an obvious pricing error or circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable transaction terms.
PRICING & WEBSITE ERRORS
While reasonable care is taken to maintain accurate pricing and product information, errors may occasionally occur.
Where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price merely because an automated order acknowledgement or payment authorisation has occurred.
Where such an error is identified, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably practicable and may offer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.
Where payment has already been taken and the order is cancelled as a result of such an error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
QUOTATIONS
Unless otherwise stated, quotations issued by CORE Exhibitions Ltd are valid for the period specified on the quotation.
If no validity period is stated, the quotation may be withdrawn or amended at any time before acceptance.
A quotation does not guarantee product availability unless stock has expressly been reserved in writing.
Changes requested by the customer after a quotation has been accepted may result in additional charges and revised delivery or completion times.
ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase or hire the products and services specified in the order.
Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.
An order becomes binding when CORE Exhibitions Ltd accepts the order, confirms it for fulfilment or otherwise begins performance of the applicable supply, subject to any specific provisions contained in the Rental or Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:
- Product unavailability;
- An obvious pricing or description error;
- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity;
- Inability to verify customer or account information;
- Account suspension;
- Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an order that has already been paid is cancelled by CORE Exhibitions Ltd and the customer is not otherwise liable for the relevant amount, the applicable payment will be refunded.
ORDER REFERENCES
Customers may be required to provide an order name, purchase order number, project reference or other internal reference during checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may use the reference when identifying, preparing, storing, dispatching or otherwise administering an order but accepts no responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available by CORE Exhibitions Ltd or in accordance with separately agreed account terms.
Where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s terms and security procedures.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd does not guarantee that every payment method will remain available at all times.
Where payment is declined, reversed, disputed or otherwise unsuccessful, CORE Exhibitions Ltd may suspend fulfilment until payment has been successfully received.
Any credit or payment terms separately agreed with an approved customer shall apply in addition to these General Terms & Conditions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Stock displayed on the website may change without notice and placing an item in a basket does not reserve that item.
Where an ordered product becomes unavailable, CORE Exhibitions Ltd may contact the customer to offer an alternative product, revised fulfilment date or refund for the affected item.
Where a suitable substitute is proposed, the customer will be informed of any material difference in specification or price before being required to accept it.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery and collection options, charges and estimated timescales will be displayed or agreed where applicable.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.
The customer must notify CORE Exhibitions Ltd of any special delivery restrictions, access requirements or site conditions that could reasonably affect delivery before dispatch.
Additional charges may apply where a delivery or collection cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unavailable personnel, restricted access or other circumstances within the customer’s control.
Risk and responsibility for rental equipment are governed additionally by the Rental Terms & Conditions.
INSPECTION OF PURCHASED GOODS
Customers should inspect purchased goods as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery or collection.
Any apparent shortage, incorrect item or visible damage should be reported to CORE Exhibitions Ltd promptly together with reasonable supporting information where requested.
Failure to report an immediately apparent issue promptly may affect CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s ability to investigate the matter with carriers or other third parties.
Nothing in this provision excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK, FILES & INFORMATION
Where a customer supplies artwork, logos, photographs, designs, measurements, specifications, instructions or other materials, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they are accurate, complete and suitable for their intended purpose.
The customer confirms that it has all necessary rights and permissions to provide and authorise CORE Exhibitions Ltd to use those materials for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be responsible for errors in finished products resulting directly from incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable information or materials supplied or approved by the customer.
Where proofs or artwork approvals are provided, the customer is responsible for checking all relevant content, dimensions, spelling, colours, positioning and other details before approval.
Production may commence following customer approval, after which changes may incur additional charges.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Encore62 website and its content, including text, graphics, layouts, photographs, illustrations, icons, logos, product presentation, software and other materials created by or for CORE Exhibitions Ltd remain the property of CORE Exhibitions Ltd or the applicable rights holder.
No ownership rights are transferred merely by accessing or using the website.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Customer-owned trademarks, logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
TRADEMARKS & BRANDING
Encore62, CORE Exhibitions Ltd and associated names, logos, graphics and branding may be protected by trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Nothing on the website grants any licence or right to use such branding without prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
RIGHTS RESERVED
All rights not expressly granted under these General Terms & Conditions are reserved.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend or discontinue products, services, website functionality, account facilities or content where reasonably necessary.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd also reserves the right to restrict access to areas of the website where necessary for security, maintenance, operational, commercial or legal reasons.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
The website must not be used:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- To introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- To scrape, harvest or systematically extract website data without permission;
- To impersonate another person or organisation; or
- In any manner that infringes the rights of CORE Exhibitions Ltd or any third party.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may restrict or suspend access where it reasonably believes these provisions have been breached.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
CORE Exhibitions Ltd aims to maintain reasonable availability of the website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may occasionally be restricted or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, hosting issues, telecommunications failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be responsible for reasonable temporary interruptions to website availability except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, delivery providers, mapping services, analytics platforms and external websites.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of that third party.
Customers should review the applicable third party’s own terms where appropriate.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected through the website will be handled in accordance with CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s applicable Privacy Policy and data-protection obligations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any personal information they provide concerning other individuals has been supplied lawfully.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill arising from or connected with the use of the website or the supply of products or services.
Where the customer is acting in the course of business, CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s total liability arising from a particular order shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the total amount paid or payable by the customer to CORE Exhibitions Ltd in respect of that order, except where different liability provisions expressly apply under the Rental Terms & Conditions, Wholesale Terms & Conditions or another written agreement.
CUSTOMER LIABILITY
The customer shall be responsible for losses, costs or expenses reasonably incurred by CORE Exhibitions Ltd as a direct result of:
- Material information supplied by the customer being knowingly or negligently incorrect;
- Unauthorised or unlawful materials supplied by the customer;
- Infringement claims arising directly from customer-supplied artwork, trademarks or other content;
- Misuse of products or rented equipment; or
- A material breach of these terms by the customer.
This applies to the extent that such loss was reasonably foreseeable and caused by the customer’s act or omission.
FORCE MAJEURE
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, fire, flood, industrial action, transport disruption, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemic or pandemic, government action, failure of utilities or communications networks, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, or disruption to suppliers or carriers caused by such events.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption where practicable.
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Material or repeated breach of these terms;
- Non-payment;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
- Misuse of the website or account;
- Security concerns;
- False or misleading registration information; or
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, the customer will be notified of the suspension or termination.
Suspension or termination does not remove obligations or liabilities arising before the effective date of suspension or termination.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may amend these General Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the business, website, products, services, technology or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to an order will ordinarily be the version in effect when that order is placed, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Continued use of the website after updated website-use terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms in relation to subsequent use.
NO WAIVER
Failure or delay by CORE Exhibitions Ltd in exercising any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
A waiver on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these General Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
The customer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under an order without the prior written consent of CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may assign or transfer its rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring or similar arrangement, provided this does not materially reduce the customer’s contractual rights.
THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to an agreement governed by these terms shall have no right to enforce its provisions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These General Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable order, quotation, order confirmation and any relevant Rental Terms & Conditions, Wholesale Terms & Conditions or other expressly agreed written terms, constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the applicable transaction.
Where the customer is acting in the course of business, the customer acknowledges that it has not relied upon any representation or statement that is not contained in the applicable contractual documents, except that nothing in this provision excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These General Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes or claims arising from or connected with these terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE
The rental period begins on the agreed Hire From date and ends when all rented equipment has been returned to and accepted by the CORE Exhibitions Ltd warehouse, subject to the rental charges and late-return provisions set out below.
All rented equipment remains the property of CORE Exhibitions Ltd at all times, except where ownership of damaged equipment expressly passes to the customer following payment of its full replacement value.
By placing a rental order, accepting these Rental Terms & Conditions during checkout, collecting the equipment, accepting delivery of the equipment, or otherwise taking possession of it, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Rental Terms & Conditions.
The hirer is responsible for the care, custody, security and proper use of the equipment throughout the rental period and must ensure that it is used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any applicable manufacturer instructions.
Unless collection by CORE Exhibitions Ltd has been booked and confirmed, the customer is responsible for returning all rented equipment to the CORE Exhibitions Ltd warehouse by the agreed return date and in the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
The customer must ensure that rented equipment is stored securely and protected from theft, loss, adverse weather, misuse, unauthorised use and accidental damage while in its possession or control.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, failure, breakdown, delayed availability or unavailability of rented equipment, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Rental Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
PRICING & RENTAL PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated, the quoted rental price covers the first ten (10) days of the rental period, with the Hire From date counting as Day 1.
Where the customer selects a rental period exceeding ten (10) days, an additional charge equal to 10% of the applicable product rental price will be added for each additional day beyond the initial ten-day period.
This additional daily rental charge applies to the rented products only and does not apply to delivery, collection, warehouse labour, packaging or other ancillary charges.
All quoted rates are gross rental prices before any applicable deductions and include any discount expressly agreed by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Early return of equipment does not entitle the hirer to any refund, credit or reduction in the agreed rental charges.
Rental prices do not include warehouse labour associated with picking, packing and preparing equipment for dispatch. These services will be charged at 2% of the total rental product price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All collection and return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless delivery and/or collection by CORE Exhibitions Ltd has been selected and confirmed as part of the order.
Goods may be supplied on pallets, in transport cases or loose. All pallets, transport cases and other reusable packaging supplied with the equipment remain the property of CORE Exhibitions Ltd and must be returned with the rented equipment in the condition in which they were supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. Lost or damaged packaging will be charged accordingly.
Prices shown or quoted are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate.
PAYMENT
Unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed in writing by CORE Exhibitions Ltd, all rental charges and other amounts due in connection with an order must be paid in accordance with the payment requirements stated at checkout, on the quotation or on the applicable invoice.
The customer remains liable for any additional charges arising after the original order, including extended rental periods, late returns, missing equipment, damage, repairs, replacement equipment, lost packaging, additional transport and other charges permitted under these Rental Terms & Conditions.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to withhold release or delivery of equipment where any amount required to be paid before the commencement of the rental period remains outstanding.
AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION
All rental equipment is subject to availability.
Where specific equipment becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s reasonable control, including late return, loss or damage by a previous hirer, CORE Exhibitions Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to provide suitable alternative equipment where practicable.
Where no suitable alternative is reasonably available, CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s liability shall be limited to refunding any rental charges already paid in respect of the unavailable equipment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
RISK & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Risk in the rented equipment passes to the customer upon collection by the customer or its appointed carrier, or upon delivery to the customer where delivery has been arranged by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Risk remains with the customer until the equipment has been physically returned to and accepted by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is adequately insured against loss, theft and damage for the entire period during which risk remains with the customer.
Where the customer appoints its own courier, carrier or transport provider, that party shall be deemed to act on behalf of the customer and transport shall be entirely at the customer’s risk.
The customer must notify CORE Exhibitions Ltd as soon as reasonably practicable if any equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or otherwise rendered unusable during the rental period.
THIRD PARTY CLAIMS
If any rented equipment becomes subject to civil or criminal seizure, attachment, lien, confiscation or any similar action, the hirer must immediately inform CORE Exhibitions Ltd and provide all relevant details concerning the equipment and rental agreement.
The customer must not sell, sub-hire, pledge, charge, dispose of or otherwise encumber any rented equipment without the prior written consent of CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Any loss, damage, costs, expenses or liabilities arising from seizure, attachment, lien or similar action while the equipment is under the customer’s responsibility shall remain the responsibility of the hirer.
Rental charges will continue to accrue and remain payable in accordance with the agreed rental period and any applicable extension or late-return provisions, notwithstanding any seizure or restriction affecting the equipment.
CANCELLATION
Where a pre-booked rental is cancelled two (2) days or more before the scheduled collection or dispatch date, no cancellation fee will apply.
Where a pre-booked rental is cancelled less than two (2) days before the scheduled collection or dispatch date, a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the rental product total will apply together with the full 2% warehouse preparation charge where picking, packing or preparation has commenced.
Any bespoke, specially sourced, customised or customer-specific costs already incurred by CORE Exhibitions Ltd prior to cancellation shall remain payable by the customer.
DAMAGES
Every item returned to CORE Exhibitions Ltd undergoes an incoming inspection and quality-control process. Any damage, loss, missing components or excessive wear identified during this process will be recorded and may be charged to the customer.
Customers may request to be present during the initial inspection process by prior arrangement.
A full incoming-goods inspection may be carried out within three (3) working days following receipt of the equipment. As an initial inspection may identify only visible defects, CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to make an additional claim for concealed or latent damage that could not reasonably have been identified during the initial return inspection.
Normal wear and tear means minor cosmetic deterioration resulting solely from proper and intended use of the equipment. It does not include breakages, significant scratches or dents, staining, missing components, misuse, negligence, improper assembly or disassembly, accidental damage or damage caused during transportation.
Minor damage that can reasonably be repaired will be rectified and charged to the customer at a labour rate of £45.00 per hour, together with the cost of replacement parts, materials and any reasonable external repair costs.
Where rental equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the customer shall be liable for reasonable repair costs and any demonstrable resulting loss of rental income, subject to a minimum damage charge equal to 50% of the applicable gross rental value where this reasonably reflects the loss or damage incurred.
Where equipment is lost, destroyed, irreparably damaged or is otherwise deemed unsuitable for future rental use as a result of damage occurring while it was at the customer’s risk, the customer will be liable for its full replacement value.
Replacement value means the reasonable cost incurred by CORE Exhibitions Ltd in replacing the affected equipment with an equivalent new item, including reasonable procurement, shipping and associated costs.
Following payment in full of the applicable replacement value, ownership of the damaged equipment may, at CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s discretion and where practicable, pass to the customer.
Where damage has occurred, CORE Exhibitions Ltd will provide the customer with written details or an estimate of the applicable repair or replacement charges where reasonably practicable.
Where CORE Exhibitions Ltd requires a response or approval before proceeding, a reasonable response deadline will be specified. If the customer does not respond within that period, CORE Exhibitions Ltd may proceed with reasonable repairs necessary to return the equipment to rental service and recover the applicable costs from the customer.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to undertake urgent repairs without awaiting approval where reasonably necessary to prevent further damage, address a safety issue or minimise continuing loss of rental availability.
RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all rented equipment is returned by the agreed return date unless an extension has been agreed with CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Equipment must be appropriately packaged and transported in a manner reasonably suitable to prevent damage during transit.
If return of equipment is refused because the equipment cannot safely or reasonably be accepted, including because of inadequate packaging or unsafe transport conditions, the equipment will remain at the customer’s risk and applicable additional rental charges will continue until the equipment is properly returned and accepted.
Upon return, equipment may be signed in subject to subsequent inspection for missing items, damage or other defects. Acceptance of a delivery or issue of a return receipt does not constitute confirmation that the equipment has been returned complete and undamaged.
Where equipment is left without obtaining a return record, the customer should retain appropriate evidence of delivery and the condition of the equipment at the time of return.
LATE RETURN & RENTAL EXTENSIONS
Where the customer knows that equipment will be required beyond the originally agreed return date, the customer should contact CORE Exhibitions Ltd as soon as possible to request an extension.
Any extension is subject to equipment availability and is not confirmed until accepted by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Where an extension is agreed, additional rental charges will apply in accordance with the applicable extended-rental pricing.
Failure to return rented equipment by the agreed return date without an approved extension will result in an additional charge equal to 10% of the total applicable product rental value for each day or part-day of delay, together with any reasonable additional losses or costs directly incurred by CORE Exhibitions Ltd as a consequence of the late return.
For the purposes of calculating late-return charges, product rental value means the standard rental charge applicable to the affected equipment before discounts, promotions, credits or other reductions and excludes delivery, collection and other ancillary charges.
Payment of additional rental or late-return charges does not transfer ownership of the equipment to the customer or give the customer an unrestricted right to retain it.
LOST, STOLEN OR UNRETURNED EQUIPMENT
The customer shall be liable for the full replacement value of any equipment that is lost, stolen, destroyed, irreparably damaged or otherwise cannot be returned during or following the rental period while the equipment remains at the customer’s risk.
Where equipment is intentionally withheld, misappropriated or not returned following reasonable requests for its return, CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate steps to recover its property and pursue any remedies available to it.
The customer shall also remain responsible for rental or late-return charges accruing up to the point at which CORE Exhibitions Ltd reasonably determines that the equipment will not be returned and applies the appropriate replacement charge.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Any delivery or collection dates and times provided by CORE Exhibitions Ltd are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that suitable access, personnel and facilities are available at the agreed delivery or collection location.
Additional costs arising from failed, delayed or aborted delivery or collection caused by circumstances within the customer’s control may be charged to the customer.
Where delivery or collection is undertaken by a third-party carrier appointed by CORE Exhibitions Ltd, CORE Exhibitions Ltd will use reasonable care in arranging the service but cannot guarantee against delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
FORCE MAJEURE
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, industrial action, transport disruption, acts of government, failure of utilities or communications networks, civil disturbance, epidemic or pandemic, or the failure of suppliers or carriers caused by such circumstances.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, CORE Exhibitions Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to notify the customer and minimise disruption.
GENERAL
No variation to these Rental Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
If any provision of these Rental Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure or delay by CORE Exhibitions Ltd in exercising any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
These Rental Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable quotation, order confirmation and any expressly agreed written terms, constitute the agreement relating to the rental of the equipment.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Rental Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising from or connected with the rental agreement.
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased through an approved EnCORE62 Wholesale Account. They should be read together with our General Terms & Conditions and any quotation, order confirmation or other terms expressly agreed in writing by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Where there is any conflict between these Wholesale Terms and the General Terms in relation to a Wholesale order, these Wholesale Terms shall take precedence.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Wholesale purchasing is available only to customers who have applied for and been approved for an EnCORE62 Wholesale Account.
Approval of an application is at the discretion of CORE Exhibitions Ltd and may be refused, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
Approved customers will be issued with a unique Wholesale Account Code, normally beginning with WH. This code identifies the customer and provides access to Wholesale products and pricing.
Account credentials and Wholesale Account Codes must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
The customer is responsible for all orders placed through their account by persons authorised by them to use it.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to request further business or identification information before approving or continuing to provide Wholesale access.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Wholesale Accounts are intended for business and trade customers purchasing products in connection with their commercial activities.
By placing a Wholesale order, the customer confirms that they are acting wholly or mainly for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer.
Consumer cancellation rights and other statutory provisions applying exclusively to consumers will therefore not apply to Wholesale purchases.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
CORE Exhibitions Ltd will take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes and minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, materials or appearance may occur as a result of manufacturing tolerances, product development, screen reproduction or supplier changes.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application before ordering.
Where compatibility between components is important, customers are encouraged to contact the EnCORE62 team before placing an order if they are uncertain.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to improve, modify or discontinue products and specifications where reasonably necessary, provided that any change does not materially alter an order already accepted without the customer’s agreement.

WHOLESALE PRICING
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved Wholesale Account holders while logged into the appropriate account.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed through the Wholesale Account are exclusive of VAT and any applicable delivery, handling or other separately identified charges.
Any applicable VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to amend Wholesale prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
Where an obvious pricing, calculation or technical error occurs, CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price. The customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order.

QUOTATIONS
Any quotation provided by CORE Exhibitions Ltd is valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Where no validity period is stated, the quotation does not constitute a binding offer and may be withdrawn or amended before an order is accepted.
Quotations are based upon the information supplied by the customer at the time and may be revised where quantities, specifications, delivery requirements or other relevant details subsequently change.

PLACING AN ORDER
Products may be ordered through the EnCORE62 Wholesale website or through another ordering method expressly accepted by CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when placing an order is complete and accurate, including product selection, quantities, delivery details and any customer order name, purchase order number or other Order Reference requested during checkout.
The Order Reference is provided for identification and fulfilment purposes and may be used on order documentation, packaging, warehouse identification or associated communications.
Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the relevant products.
An automated website acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
A binding contract is formed when CORE Exhibitions Ltd accepts the order, confirms it for fulfilment or otherwise communicates acceptance to the customer.

PAYMENT
Unless alternative payment arrangements have been expressly agreed in writing, payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Orders may not be processed, released or dispatched until cleared payment has been received.
Where credit facilities or alternative payment terms have separately been agreed, payment must be made in accordance with those agreed terms.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to suspend fulfilment or further orders where sums due remain unpaid.
The customer is responsible for any bank, currency conversion or other charges imposed by their own payment provider.

AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES
All products are subject to availability.
Any stock status, dispatch date, lead time or estimated delivery date provided on the website or in correspondence is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed.
Where an item becomes unavailable or a material delay arises after an order has been placed, CORE Exhibitions Ltd will contact the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, the customer may be offered an alternative product, revised delivery estimate, partial fulfilment or cancellation and refund of the affected item.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be liable for reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Customers wishing to amend or cancel an order should contact CORE Exhibitions Ltd as soon as possible.
An order may be amended or cancelled without charge where fulfilment has not commenced and CORE Exhibitions Ltd agrees to the request.
Once products have been allocated, picked, packed, manufactured, customised, ordered specifically from a supplier or otherwise committed for fulfilment, cancellation or amendment may not be possible.
Where cancellation is accepted after costs have already been incurred, CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to deduct or charge reasonable costs directly associated with the cancelled order.
Custom, bespoke, modified, branded or specially procured products cannot normally be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.

DELIVERY
Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated timescales will be displayed during checkout, provided separately or agreed with the customer as appropriate.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address together with any relevant site, access or delivery instructions.
The customer must ensure that a suitable person is available to receive the goods where required.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information, failed delivery, restricted access, refusal of delivery or other circumstances caused by the customer may be charged to the customer.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

COLLECTION
Where collection from CORE Exhibitions Ltd is arranged, customers must wait until they have been notified that the order is ready before attending the warehouse.
The customer may be required to provide their order details, Account Code, Order Reference or other reasonable identification when collecting goods.
Responsibility for suitable vehicles, loading arrangements, restraint and onward transportation rests with the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Goods collected by or on behalf of the customer are at the customer’s risk once collection has been completed.

RISK & OWNERSHIP
Risk in Wholesale goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery location or, where the customer collects the goods, when the goods are collected from CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Where goods are delivered using a carrier arranged by CORE Exhibitions Ltd, risk passes upon delivery to the customer or their nominated recipient.
Ownership of the goods will not pass to the customer until CORE Exhibitions Ltd has received payment in full for those goods and all sums properly due in connection with the relevant order.
Until ownership passes, the customer must take reasonable care of the goods and must not deliberately dispose of, pledge or otherwise encumber them in a manner inconsistent with CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s ownership.

RECEIVING & INSPECTING GOODS
Customers should inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt.
Any obvious damage to packaging should, where possible, be noted when the delivery is accepted.
Shortages, incorrect items or visible transit damage should be reported to CORE Exhibitions Ltd promptly, together with the relevant order details and reasonable supporting evidence such as photographs where appropriate.
Customers should retain the affected goods and original packaging until advised otherwise.
Failure to report an obvious issue promptly may affect CORE Exhibitions Ltd’s ability to investigate the matter with its warehouse, supplier or carrier.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for defects that could not reasonably have been identified during an initial inspection.

RETURNS
Wholesale purchases are business-to-business transactions and there is no automatic right to return correctly supplied goods simply because they are no longer required.
Customers wishing to return an unwanted product must contact CORE Exhibitions Ltd before returning it.
No return should be sent without prior authorisation.
Where CORE Exhibitions Ltd agrees to accept an unwanted return, the product must normally be unused, complete, undamaged and in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may apply reasonable restocking, inspection, collection or other directly associated charges where an unwanted return is accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning unwanted goods.
Custom-made, specially ordered, modified, branded, printed or otherwise bespoke products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective or have been supplied incorrectly.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS
Where products are delivered damaged, defective or materially different from those ordered, the customer should notify CORE Exhibitions Ltd as soon as reasonably practicable.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd may request photographs, serial numbers, packaging information or other reasonable evidence to assist with the investigation.
Depending on the circumstances, CORE Exhibitions Ltd may repair or replace the product, supply missing components, provide an appropriate credit or refund, or offer another reasonable remedy.
The customer must not carry out or arrange unauthorised repairs or modifications where doing so could prevent CORE Exhibitions Ltd from properly assessing the reported defect.

WARRANTY
Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies to a product, details may be supplied with the product or made available upon request.
Any warranty applies subject to its stated conditions and does not cover damage arising from misuse, incorrect assembly, improper storage, unauthorised modification, accidental damage, neglect, abnormal operating conditions or ordinary wear and tear.
Where CORE Exhibitions Ltd determines that a reported fault is not covered by warranty, reasonable inspection, repair, replacement or transportation costs may be charged to the customer.
Nothing in this section affects any legal obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

INSTALLATION & USE
Unless installation services have expressly been included in the order, the customer is responsible for the assembly, installation, operation, dismantling and storage of purchased products.
Products must be used in accordance with any supplied instructions, specifications and intended operating conditions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that installations are suitable for the intended location and comply with applicable health and safety requirements, venue requirements and other relevant regulations.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation, modification, misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

CUSTOMER ARTWORK & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Where the customer supplies artwork, logos, designs, specifications or other materials for use in producing an order, the customer is responsible for their accuracy and suitability.
The customer confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use such materials.
Where proofs or specifications are supplied for approval, the customer is responsible for checking them carefully before approval.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be responsible for errors contained in artwork, specifications or proofs that have been supplied or approved by the customer.
Production may commence following approval, after which cancellation or alteration may not be possible.

RESALE
Unless otherwise agreed, Wholesale customers may resell products purchased from CORE Exhibitions Ltd as part of their normal commercial activities.
Customers must not make false or misleading representations concerning CORE Exhibitions Ltd, EnCORE62 products, product specifications, warranties or their relationship with CORE Exhibitions Ltd.
Purchase through a Wholesale Account does not create an agency, partnership, franchise or exclusive distributorship relationship.
Any CORE Exhibitions Ltd or EnCORE62 trademarks, branding, imagery or marketing materials remain subject to the intellectual property provisions contained within the General Terms & Conditions.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR WITHDRAWAL
CORE Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or withdraw Wholesale Account access where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment obligations remain outstanding;
- Account credentials are being misused or shared without authority;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified;
- These Terms or the General Terms & Conditions have been materially breached;
- The account is being used for purposes inconsistent with its intended business use; or
- Continuing to provide the account would expose CORE Exhibitions Ltd or another party to unreasonable legal, financial or operational risk.
Where reasonably practicable, CORE Exhibitions Ltd will contact the customer regarding the reason for the restriction.
Suspension or closure of an account does not remove any outstanding payment or contractual obligations.

LIABILITY
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a Wholesale order, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or loss arising from event cancellation or disruption, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are ordered sufficiently in advance for their intended purpose and for making appropriate contingency arrangements where products are required for time-sensitive events or installations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any further limitations and exclusions contained within the General Terms & Conditions also apply to Wholesale purchases.

FORCE MAJEURE
CORE Exhibitions Ltd shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include transport disruption, carrier failure, supplier delays, shortages of materials, industrial action, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, governmental action, war, civil disturbance, utility failure or interruption to communications or technology systems.
CORE Exhibitions Ltd will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances and resume performance when reasonably possible.

GENERAL TERMS & GOVERNING LAW
These Wholesale Terms form part of the overall agreement between the customer and CORE Exhibitions Ltd and should be read together with the EnCORE62 General Terms & Conditions and any applicable quotation or order documentation.
In the event of any inconsistency, specific written terms agreed for an individual order will take precedence, followed by these Wholesale Terms and then the General Terms & Conditions.
The governing law and jurisdiction provisions contained within the General Terms & Conditions apply equally to these Wholesale Terms.
